What helps you calm down when you're terribly pissed off? What helps you rationalize you're emotions? Do you feel satisfied when you argue back equally while having a fight or remain silent and bear it all? How do you tackle situations when you can't let out words or when it is silenced? Does music soothe you down? Does taking out your anger on someone innocent help you? Does gritting your teeth give you the satisfaction? Does smashing whatever is at an arm's length bring you back to equilibrium from the disturbed state? Does talking to friends help? Does analysing your mistake, if there was any, soothe you? Does eating do the magic? Shopping? Browsing the internet? Hurting yourself? Giving away foul mouthed words? Abusing? Does water restore the stability?
I could go on and on about how to calm myself down. The questions would be innumerable.
I haven't got an answer to mine, I'm still on a quest.
Jotting my thoughts down has lowered the hypertension that prevailed, at least to a certain extent and I'm glad I'm reaching the goal of seeking a suitable answer to my question.
